data-start=\"5487\" data-end=\"5526\">Article 12 \u2013 Data Protection (GDPR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5528\" data-end=\"5619\">Customer data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5621\" data-end=\"5640\"><strong data-start=\"5621\" data-end=\"5639\">Collected data<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5641\" data-end=\"5762\">\n<li data-start=\"5641\" data-end=\"5677\">\n<p data-start=\"5643\" data-end=\"5677\">Voluntarily provided information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5678\" data-end=\"5717\">\n<p data-end=\"6681\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6683\" data-end=\"6686\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"6688\" data-end=\"6734\"><strong data-start=\"6692\" data-end=\"6734\">Article 16 \u2013 Coffee Subscription Plans<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6736\" data-end=\"6922\">16.1. <strong data-start=\"6742\" data-end=\"6754\">Overview<\/strong><br data-start=\"6754\" data-end=\"6757\" \/>The Seller offers monthly coffee subscription plans, allowing the Customer to receive a curated coffee selection at regular intervals, depending on the chosen offer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6924\" data-end=\"7130\">16.2. <strong data-start=\"6930\" data-end=\"6950\">Term and Renewal<\/strong><br data-start=\"6950\" data-end=\"6953\" \/>Subscriptions are entered into for an initial period of one (1) month and are automatically renewed each month, unless cancelled by the Customer in accordance with Article 16.5.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7132\" data-end=\"7336\">16.3. <strong data-start=\"7138\" data-end=\"7149\">Payment<\/strong><br data-start=\"7149\" data-end=\"7152\" \/>Payment is automatically collected each month via the payment method selected at the time of subscription. If payment fails, delivery will be suspended until the situation is resolved.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7338\" data-end=\"7562\">16.4. <strong data-start=\"7344\" data-end=\"7356\">Delivery<\/strong><br data-start=\"7356\" data-end=\"7359\" \/>The delivery terms follow those set out in Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
