The story began in 2001, when agronomist Antonio Wander and two colleagues planted their first coffee trees. In 2013, his son Andr\u00e9 Luiz and partner Natalia Moreira took over, bringing a vision of sustainability and innovation to the farm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"3168\">Over the past six years, the farm has reduced agrochemical use by 80%, thanks to a holistic approach: planting naturally pest-resistant varieties like Arara, enriching biodiversity, using organic fertilisers, and introducing native bees as natural indicators of a healthy environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3170\" data-end=\"3417\">This Arara lot underwent a carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation, followed by a slow drying and resting period to enhance flavour clarity and balance.
