Located in the <strong data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2473\">Cerrado<\/strong> region, the farm enjoys ideal growing conditions: <strong data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2569\">dry, cool winters and warm, humid summers<\/strong>. Since 1976, Daterra has led the way in <strong data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2652\">quality, sustainability and innovation<\/strong>, becoming the <strong data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2721\">first Rainforest Alliance\u2013certified farm in Brazil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"3089\">This lot is part of their <strong data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2773\">Espresso Collection<\/strong>, crafted with cup balance in mind. It combines two post-harvest techniques: some cherries are <strong data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2895\">pulped at peak ripeness<\/strong>, while others are <strong data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2951\">left to dry naturally on the tree<\/strong>.
