Woojeon is made from only the finest young buds and leaves, picked before \u201cGokwoo\u201d, the grain rain. Its traditional processing yields a beautiful jade-green liquor, smooth and umami-rich, with subtle sweetness and a hint of the sea \u2013 reminiscent of steamed Japanese greens.<\/p>\n
