Article 10 – GDPR: Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller:
The data controller for customer information is the Seller (La P’tite Cerise), a Belgian private limited company (SRL) with its registered office at Avenue de Mérode 88, 1330 Rixensart (Belgium), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0755.752.932.

2. Processing of Personal Data:
Respect for customer privacy is essential to the Seller. Customers have the right to know how their data is collected when they visit the e-store (including mobile applications) or use the Seller’s services.
This Privacy Policy describes how customer data is used and the measures taken to ensure its confidentiality and security.
Data collected by the Seller may come from several sources:
• Data voluntarily provided by the customer.
• Data accessed through regulated sources such as public databases (e.g., Crossroads Bank for Enterprises: https://kbopub.economie.fgov.be).
• Data from the customer’s website.
• Data submitted via the order form when making a purchase on the e-store.
• Data collected during customer navigation on the e-store or while using the Seller’s services (see “Cookie Management” section).
Some data is mandatory, while others are optional. If a customer refuses to provide required data, access to certain content may be restricted.
All data is collected and processed in compliance with Belgian legislation, including the Belgian law of July 30, 2018, on personal data protection, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – EU Regulation 2016/679.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the customer consents to their data being processed under the terms outlined in this document.
3. Cookie Management:
Cookies simplify site access and navigation, increasing speed and efficiency. They can also personalize the site based on customer preferences and analyze site usage to identify and resolve potential issues.
The e-store allows customers to accept or decline cookies and provides clear notifications when cookies are in use. Customers can disable cookies, but this may affect navigation and service functionality. Browser help functions can provide additional details on cookie settings.
All session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of a browsing session, except those related to language preferences, which are retained.
Additionally, the Seller may log service usage data, including:
• The IP address assigned to the customer during a connection.
• Access dates and times to the Seller’s services.
• Pages viewed during a session.
• The browser used.
• The platform or operating system installed on the customer’s device.
• The search engine and keywords used to find the Seller’s site.
• Any files downloaded.
• The selected language.
• The referring website leading to the e-store.
These data points are only processed for analytical purposes to determine usage statistics and improve service content. They are never used for profiling purposes.
4. Purpose of Data Processing:
The Seller collects and processes personal data exclusively for specific and limited purposes, mainly related to the sale and delivery of products purchased via the e-store.
5. Data Retention Period:
The Seller retains customer data only for the period reasonably necessary for the intended purposes and in compliance with legal requirements.
6. Customer Rights:
Customers have the right to access, review, and correct their personal data.
7. Data Sharing:
Some data may be shared with third-party service providers acting on behalf of the Seller, but only for purposes aligned with the intended use of the data (e.g., invoice processing).
