Order processing: Orders are prepared and shipped during business days (Tuesday to Saturday). No shipments are made on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.
Article 2 – Definitions

Customer: Any individual acting as a consumer placing an order via the site.

Products: Items offered for sale on the E-store.

Data: Customer’s personal information (name, address, email, etc.).

Cookies: Files automatically stored on the Customer’s device during browsing.
Article 3 – General Provisions
Placing an order on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Minors under 18 are not authorised to place orders. The Seller reserves the right to request identification when products are collected in-store.
Article 4 – Online Orders
The Customer provides complete personal information when placing their first order.
Order validation implies acceptance of prices, products, and these terms.
The Seller may refuse or cancel any suspicious or clearly fictitious order.
An order may be modified or cancelled as long as it has not yet been confirmed.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are listed in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery charges.
The invoiced price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated, unless there is a clear pricing error.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform (SSL certificate, PCI DSS compliance).

Article 7 – Product Availability
In the event of product unavailability, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer may then:

Accept an equivalent replacement product,

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
As per the Belgian Code of Economic Law, articles VI.47 to VI.51:
The Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification, starting from:

The day of the contract (services),
-
The day of physical receipt of goods (products),
-
The day of receipt of the last item (if split delivery),
-
Or the day of receipt of the first item (for subscriptions).
If the Customer was not informed of their right of withdrawal, this period is extended by 12 months.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an unambiguous declaration or use the withdrawal form provided in the annex.
If withdrawal is valid:

The Seller refunds all amounts paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of notification.

Refunds are made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The Customer must:

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.

Cover the direct cost of return.
-
Ensure the products are returned in their original condition and packaging, unused beyond what is necessary to verify the product’s nature and features.
Article 10 – Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customised or perishable goods

Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

Goods mixed inseparably with others
-
Alcoholic beverages with delayed delivery and value fluctuation

Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium

Fully executed services
-
Contracts concluded at public auctions

Dated accommodation, catering, leisure or transport services
Article 11 – Legal Guarantee
The Customer benefits from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian law.
Article 12 – Data Protection (GDPR)
Customer data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

Article 13 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
If unsuccessful, only the courts of the Seller’s registered office jurisdiction have competence.
Belgian law exclusively applies.

Article 15 – Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the Customer may file a complaint via the European platform for online dispute resolution:

Article 16 – Coffee Subscription Plans
16.1. Overview
The Seller offers monthly coffee subscription plans, allowing the Customer to receive a curated coffee selection at regular intervals, depending on the chosen offer.
16.2. Term and Renewal
Subscriptions are entered into for an initial period of one (1) month and are automatically renewed each month, unless cancelled by the Customer in accordance with Article 16.5.
16.3. Payment
Payment is automatically collected each month via the payment method selected at the time of subscription. If payment fails, delivery will be suspended until the situation is resolved.
16.4. Delivery
The delivery terms follow those set out in Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the delivery address must be made by the Customer before the next renewal date to be taken into account.
16.5. Modification or Cancellation
The Customer may modify or cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account.
Any modification or cancellation made at least 48 hours before the renewal date will take effect the following month.
16.6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing to a plan, provided that no delivery has yet taken place.
If the first delivery has already been made, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly period.
