About this coffee

The Buenos Aires farm, nestled in the Dipilto mountains near the Honduran border, has been run by the Valladarez family for generations. Today, Olman and his father Luis Emilio manage the 215-hectare estate with a strong focus on sustainability: 70% natural shade, environmentally friendly fertilisation, and respect for biodiversity.

Cherries from the farm’s highest plots are prepared using the washed method: depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying on patios. The result is a bright and balanced cup, combining citrus and lemon notes, a touch of berries, and the smoothness of milk chocolate and hazelnut.

The family operates its own wet and dry mill, allowing them to oversee quality, ensure full traceability, and reduce water consumption throughout the process.
