About this coffee

This coffee comes from the West Valley in the highlands of San Ramon, where a community of small producers grows Arabica with dedication and care.
They are part of the NAMA Café project, a national environmental program aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable farming practices.

Under the guidance of Coopro Naranjo agronomists, farmers carefully monitor the brix levels to determine the optimal harvest time. The coffee is depulped and washed using modern Penagos equipment, ensuring a clean and consistent cup.

In the cup, the profile is balanced and silky, offering gentle sweetness with caramel, golden honey, and cocoa bean notes.
A sincere coffee that captures the essence of Costa Rican craftsmanship and respect for both people and nature.
