About this coffee

Like many producers in Peru at the time, Olga Suarez used to sell her coffee cherries to local intermediaries, without knowing where her beans would end up. But she always knew her land held the potential for something greater—thanks to its high elevation, rich soil, and unique microclimate.

In 2004, she made a bold decision to process her own coffee. With financing secured, she installed a Penagos wet mill on-site, gaining full control over post-harvest operations. That step marked a turning point, allowing her to showcase the true quality of her harvest.

Today, Olga not only produces with precision, but also shares her knowledge with neighbouring farmers. Since 2019, we’ve been sourcing exclusively from her farm. Under dense shade, her Caturra, Catuai, and Typica trees thrive, and each stage of production is carefully managed.

This washed lot offers a smooth, balanced cup with delicate notes of caramel and yellow fruits.

A subtle, honest coffee—reflecting the skill and spirit of its producer.
