A rare Korean green tea, harvested before the first spring rain.

Woojeon is made from only the finest young buds and leaves, picked before “Gokwoo”, the grain rain. Its traditional processing yields a beautiful jade-green liquor, smooth and umami-rich, with subtle sweetness and a hint of the sea – reminiscent of steamed Japanese greens.

🍽️ Brewing tips

• Water temperature: 70–80 °C

• Steeping time: 1.5–3 minutes

• Quantity:

  • 2.5–3 g per 200 ml

  • 12–15 g per litre

• Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed pure, in a small teapot or traditional Korean style
