Article 8 – Delivery and In-Store Pickup
The Seller offers the Customer the option to pick up their order directly in-store at the following address:
1330 RIXENSART, Avenue de Mérode 87.
Orders are shipped via Bpost.
As a general guideline, packages are typically handed over to the carrier within 2 business days after payment is received.
Bpost aims to deliver parcels within 2 business days from the time they are collected. For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order confirmation and must be paid at that moment. These costs include:
• Preparation and packaging fees (fixed rate).
• Shipping fees, which vary depending on the total weight of the parcel.
For bulk orders, shipping fees may be adjusted by the Seller.
Orders placed separately will not be combined into a single shipment.
Packaging and Delivery
• Products are properly packed and protected to ensure safe delivery.
• Extra care is taken for fragile items.
• Package size is adjusted according to the ordered products.
• Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering.
If the Customer wishes to change the delivery address or switch from in-store pickup to home delivery, additional transport fees may apply.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any processing or delivery delays caused by Bpost. The Customer agrees to accept the delivery conditions as outlined.
The Seller is not responsible for issues related to:
• Failure to receive the package in person.
• Damage to the parcel or products after shipment.
