This lot belongs to their Espresso Collection, designed for balance and clarity in the cup. It combines two processing methods:

• cherries picked at peak ripeness and pulped

• and others left to dry naturally on the tree

The result? A cup that’s rich, clean and dense – with elegant notes of dark chocolate, ripe orange and dried cherry.
