Our Italian Blend is a bold, aromatic espresso roasted in the southern Italian tradition – generous, structured, and smooth.
It combines:

70% Arabica (Mexico): high-grown SHG from volcanic soils in Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Chiapas

30% Robusta (Uganda): natural-processed beans from the rich lands of Bushenyi and Bunyaruguru
The Mexican arabica brings finesse, vanilla notes, and a long chocolate finish, while the Ugandan robusta adds depth, body, roasted almond and a touch of balanced bitterness.
