• 50% Colombia – Bucaramanga: chocolatey roundness and velvety body

• 50% DRC – Idjwi Island, Lake Kivu: lively structure, sweet spices, stewed fruit

Freshly roasted by us, this blend is designed for espresso or moka brewing and delivers a cup that is both smooth and structured. A soft intensity, clean attack, and lingering finish.
