About this coffee

This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Dimtu washing station, one of the most technologically advanced and modern dry mills in the Yirgacheffe region. The facility features Pinhalense machinery, 150 raised beds, an experimental shaded drying area, and housing for seasonal workers and visitors.

The cherries are grown by smallholder farmers in the Guji region at impressive elevations ranging from 2100 to 2300 metres, ideal for developing dense, sweet cherries and producing spectacular cup profiles.

This lot showcases vibrant notes of juicy peach layered with the refined clarity of black tea, resulting in a clean, floral, and lingering cup.

A stellar expression of Ethiopian terroir — elegant, expressive, and unforgettable.
