This natural-processed coffee comes from the mountainous Redo area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia — a region world-renowned for its vibrant and floral coffees. Grown under the shade of indigenous trees, cherries ripen slowly, allowing for more complex and refined flavours.

The beans come from heirloom cultivars, hand-picked when fully ripe. They are dried directly on the farm, on shaded African beds, away from direct sunlight — a method that preserves delicate fruit notes and gives the coffee its distinctive clarity.

The Redo Washing Station, located about 20 km from Gedeb, serves as a central processing hub for local producers, including Mr. Berhanu and his family, who are committed to sustainable and consistent coffee production.
