About this coffee

This washed Arabica coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of San Andrés, Lempira, between 1200 and 1700 metres. The region’s mountainous ecosystem, combined with temperate climate and traditional varieties like Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon, offers ideal conditions for producing high-quality beans.

The lot is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a fully natural, solvent-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine using only water, temperature, time, and green coffee extract. The result is a clean, flavourful decaf that retains the complexity of the original coffee.

In the cup, expect a smooth and aromatic profile, with cocoa and citrus brightness rounded out by a gentle hazelnut and sugar finish.

The perfect decaf for those who want the taste without the buzz.
